Return Policy
1. - Please be certain of the size you are ordering! Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie apparel we cannot, under law, accept returns for opened packaging or items worn unless there is a manufacturer's defect. PLEASE NOTE! Our full range of lingerie goes through a multi-tiered inspection process that includes post-manufacturing inspection, stocking inspection and then a final per item inspection upon shipment to ensure the quality of our product line meets our client expectation thereby dramatically reducing the possibility of defect upon your receipt. In the event you receive your order and it was not as described, contact our sales department at sales"AT"adorablyyoulingerie.com indicating the problem with your order. Your email should include "PRODUCT RETURN" in the subject line and the body should include your order number along with the credit card tracking number as well as your name and address. You should also indicate the reason for the return. You will receive a reply email within 24 hours with specific instructions and our "return to address" for a full store credit or refund. Credit Card refunds can take up to 2 billing cycles to show up after you have received a Confirmation of Return status email. 2. - You, the customer, are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returned goods.
