8. After I place my order, how long before you ship it out? Our warehouse operates under standard business hours (8am to 6pm)
Monday to Friday. Client Orders are shipped within forty eight hours of receipt from Sunday to Friday and 72 hours from orders placed on Saturday.
9. Are your products guaranteed? We guarantee our product line for a period of 60 days covering workmanship and finish and based on proper care and laundering of the garment.
10. How do I return a faulty product? A manager will then review your claim and issue you a "Restocking number" that you will use when shipping the article to us.
